Paul graduated with a degree in Mortuary Science from the Dallas Institute of Mortuary Science, Dallas, Texas in 1958. He has been with Memphis Funeral Home since 1959. He is an active member of the Germantown Kiwanis Club and is recipient of the George F. Hixson Award. He and his wife Wilma are active members of Germantown Baptist Church.
